Under the Ladli Behna Yojana run by the Madhya Pradesh State Government, the government transfers Rs 1250 every month to the bank account of 1.29 crore women as financial assistance.

Increase in the amount of 15th installment of Ladli Bahana Yojana
Under the Ladli Bahana Yojana, the Madhya Pradesh government sends an assistance amount of Rs 1250 to the bank account of the beneficiary women by the 10th of every month.
In the month of August also, an amount of Rs 1250 will be sent by August 10 under the 15th installment. But apart from this, the government will transfer an additional amount of Rs 250 to the bank account of women.
That is, this month women are going to get a total benefit of ₹1500. This additional amount will be given to women as a token of Rakshabandhan and thereafter, women will continue to get the benefits of the scheme as before.
Ladli Behna Yojana Third Phase
As the second gift, the Madhya Pradesh government is going to start the third phase of Ladli Behna Yojana in which those women will be given an opportunity to apply who could not apply in the first and second phase due to some reason.
Now the women deprived of the benefits of this scheme can apply in the third phase and get financial assistance every month. Although it is not yet officially confirmed when the third phase of the scheme will start, but it is likely that the application forms will be filled under the third phase as soon as possible.
How much amount is available in Ladli Behna Yojana?
Under Ladli Behna Yojana 2024, 14 installments have been provided to 1.29 crore women so far. Earlier under this scheme, assistance amount of ₹ 1000 was being sent to the bank accounts of women.
But last year on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, this assistance amount was increased and since then women are getting assistance amount of Rs 1250. There is a possibility of further increase in the assistance amount under this scheme.
On the occasion of Rakshabandhan in the month of August, the government is going to give the benefit of ₹ 1500 to women by increasing the amount by ₹ 250, but it is not clear how much amount will be provided under the scheme after that.
Women are hoping that from now on they will get financial assistance of ₹ 1500 every month, but based on the announcement made by the government, women will get a benefit of only ₹ 1250 as before.
However, the government plans to increase this assistance amount to ₹ 3000, so probably in the coming few months, women can start getting financial assistance of ₹ 1500 under this scheme.

Ladli Behna Yojana 2024 Eligibility
Only those women who ensure the eligibility criteria prescribed for Ladli Behna Yojana Madhya Pradesh will be given the benefit of the scheme, so check whether you have these qualifications or not –
- Ladli Behna Yojana 15th Kist will be available to the permanent residents of the state.
- This benefit will be provided to married, divorced, widowed women.
- Women living below the poverty line will continue to receive this assistance amount.
- This benefit will be given to women between the ages of 23 years to 60 years.
- Women whose family’s annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh and who do not have any government employee or income tax payer in their house have been given eligibility to apply under the scheme.
